Upon joining the Alliance Autocentre, the Alliance Autocentre Team automatically loads your details onto the website. On rare occasions members may not be able to view their details so please contact the Alliance Autocentre Team on 0870 242 3754 and your details will be loaded for you.

I can't log onto the Members Area?

In order to log into the Members Area you need to enter your username and password in CAPITAL letters. If you have forgotten your username and password please contact the Alliance Autocentre Team on 0870 242 3754 who will be happy to give these to you.

I have logged onto the website and can't view the Marketing Area called PromoPoint?

The best internet browser to view the PromoPoint area is Internet Explorer. If you are using Firfox or any other browser please change to Internet Explorer. Alternatively, check your internet settings on your PC.
